some river fish from August. Bass, Bowfin and Bluegill

I got into some pretty good fishing in August near Alma WI and Wabasha MN. Plenty of Bass hitting, along with some big Bowfish and nice sunfish.





Those bowfin really do some damage to my frog lures!

That is one hell of a nice blue gill, I can only hope to one day get into a pan fish that large. I have been following your blog since 2009 and love the pictures you post, keep it up!
